Refund policy

Pronamic offers limited refunds on software within 14 days of purchase for legitimate lack of functionality after an honest attempt at resolving the issue through official support channels (Dutch support) proves unsuccessful.

Refunds ARE NOT provided for renewals.

Please note that refunds will not be issued for requests based on unadvertised, otherwise assumed functionality or if the purchased product won’t be used on afterthought. Use the contact form to submit any pre-sale questions you may have.
